I’ve been fortunate to work with some great lenders during my career. I’ve been a broker, I’ve worked for banks and I’ve done mini-correspondent loans. I’ve done everything except work for one of those national internet based companies (but WHY would I do that? lol.) I am so pleased to announce that beginning Jan 8, 2024 I’ll be rejoining UFFC Mortgage in Tahlequah as part of a team of THREE licensed mortgage professionals. We are joining forces so that we can be more available to our clients, our referral partners, and share the tasks and duties required to get each loan through TOGETHER as a team. Working as a team, we’ll get more than 3x the work done, and have more time to focus on each client. Each of us has unique strengths, and we’re all very good at the loan details. Our personalities mesh extremely well, so I think there is nothing stopping us from blessing more families in 2024 than we ever could on our own working as individual loan officers. It’s a new idea, but one that I’ve been working toward my entire career. I’ve tried building it from scratch (training new LOs in a brokerage I owned) but I was missing the secret ingredient: experienced originators!

How Do We Accomplish Our Goals?
Communicate
Answer the phone when called, and be proactive so nobody HAS to call first. Keep in contact with those pre-qualified “hunters” and prospects, so nobody falls through the cracks. Build rapport with every client, every agent, every partner in the process. Be positive!!
Educate
Be a knowledge resource for customers (and partners) to help structure solid loan files that breeze through underwriting. Make sure customers understand their responsibilities, rights and the steps of the loan process.
Be Awesome
Teamwork makes the dream work! We work together all pointed to the same goal and that’s how we can be effective, efficient, and excellent together with our loan partners and each other. We will rise or fall together…and trust me, with a team like this, we’ll be rising!
