Sidni and her husband Tyler Shockley have become synonymous with real estate. They are a real estate “power couple” to those of us in the business. Whether it’s buying or selling, or finding investment properties for you (and they invest themselves too!) they devote time and energy together as a couple into the world of real estate.
Sidni is young, charming and has a fantastic positive energy. She has always been shy, though you couldn’t tell that now and she said that as a child she didn’t have many friendships due to her introverted nature, but real estate has given her a wide circle of friendships that she cherishes.
The first thing to know about Sidni is she is a dog mom. She’s the proud dog-mommy to a Shih Tzu, Chihuahua Rat Terrier and Labrador/Collie mix. She’s also a sister and aunt and treasures these relationships. She’s very active in her community and loves all things Tahlequah.
Sidni has a strong background in sales. She was a leading sales executive with Verizon and while on a trip she earned for top sales, her husband, Tyler, encouraged her to think about selling homes instead of cell phones. She got her license, turned in 2 weeks notice and never looked back. That was seven years ago. She loves being her own boss, serving customers on her own terms and running her business the way she wants to.
Sidni’s favorite part of the job without question is the people. She loves meeting folks from every walk of life and making an impact in their life journey and cultivating friendships that can continue even after the transaction is over. She is passionate about her work and her work is people.
While Sidni can sell or help buyers in any part of the state, her main focus is Cherokee county and the counties that border it, Adair, Sequoyah, Muskogee, Mayes and Wagoner counties. This allows her to have intimate knowledge of the areas she serves and that benefits her customers.
Sidni loves working with buyers, especially first time home buyers. She finds it rewarding to be the “guiding light” to buyers who are just learning about how to purchase a home. As Sidni stated “they don’t teach that in school.” Sidni loves to sell as well. She enjoys marketing and likes the creativity she can express when marketing a seller’s home to sell in record time.
Sidni and husband Tyler are serious investors, so she enjoys helping investors to buy and sell too and is uniquely qualified to do so.
