There are many great realtors in our area, so we wanted to showcase one per month so folks can get to know them better! We hope these interviews will let you see a little piece of their personality and why we enjoy working with them. This month is Addie Wyont of Century 21 Wright Real Estate in Tahlequah.
Addie is a Tahlequah native, born and bred. She and her mother run Sand Tech Screening, a 40 year old business that is a staple to the community. She was raised in this business and is fairly new to real estate, but her business background and terrific people skills has made her a natural. She also has a secret super-power: She is married to a builder. Because of this she decided to seek out her real estate license to be able to list the new construction homes that he builds, and renovated homes that they have invested in.
Now along with representing buyers and sellers on existing properties, she is also the exclusive listing agent for Rock Creek Homes. Rock Creek Homes is a partnership with her husband and in-laws so she has a unique perspective on custom built homes, and the inside scoop giving her unique knowledge in this area. She especially loves working with buyers who are buying new construction or custom homes for the first time.
