Amy Stovall from Tenkiller Lake Realty is our ⭐Featured Realtor of the Month for April 2024⭐
Amy has lived in the area her whole life. She was recruited into real estate by her broker, Nancy Davey, 18 years ago, first as a receptionist for Tenkiller Lake Realty and then as Nancy taught her more about the business she went for her real estate license a year or two later and she’s been loving it ever since.
Amy believes one of her strengths is her knowledge of the area. She grew up riding horses down the back roads so Tenkiller Lake and the surrounding area has always been her stomping ground.
Amy’s friends and family are very important to her. She loves to entertain her group of friends at her home, and she is part of social groups that are outdoorsy and love to ride side-by-sides, watch sports and cook or enjoy meals together.
Amy has a true heart for young homebuyers who are just starting their life journey, and she also loves working with those who are at the opposite end of that journey, who are downsizing and ready to find their retirement home.
Amy talks about her production and how she keeps organized when the volume gets heavy. She knows that returning calls and being available to her buyers and sellers is most important. She lives for her clients and makes time for them, her work is her life.
Amy works with all kinds of transactions, but her son is a veteran and she especially likes working with veteran buyers. She loves to help buyers problem solve to figure out how to make a transaction work, maybe using seller concessions, or figuring out where the money for the transaction is coming from. She especially loves helping young families, when she can be a guide for them in this process that can be stressful for someone who hasn’t done it before.
Amy lists properties anywhere in the state of Oklahoma, and she will work with buyers from just about anywhere too. She says she loves to travel and see areas that she’s not normally in. She loves the driving, and meeting new clients and realtors from other areas that she’s not in every day. Cherokee County seems to be where she works the most, but she loves to work anywhere and considers this career a real adventure.
