Dayna is a wife and mom who is devoted to her family. She’s a big OSU fan, and a dog mom now that her kids have flown the nest. Dayna grew up around Stilwell and knows that market well. Ranching and agriculture have always been a big part of her life. Real Estate is the center of her life, and all things flow around buying and selling and her own real estate investments.
Dayna’s spark in real estate started in childhood. She has a great story about playing with plat maps in her grandmother’s home and connecting property locations with the neighbors she would meet. She knows every part of Adair County and I guess she grew up making those connections from a very early age.
Dayna’s main driving force is helping others. She spent 30 years working in healthcare and that experience really informs her perspective. Real Estate to Dayna, is just another avenue of serving others. She loves to meet the problems head on and provide her clients with solutions.
Dayna knows her value, and the power of her experience, especially in the diversity that is required in serving a rural population. She easily moves from commercial, ag and land deals to residential buyers and sellers. In her community she does it all with regularity.
Geographically, Dayna can work anywhere in Oklahoma or Arkansas. The sweet spot is probably two counties centering Adair County in Oklahoma and Arkansas, but if she connects with a client, she’ll see them through where they go inside those two licensed states. Dayna loves both buyers and sellers, but she really enjoys working with first time home buyers and that contagious enthusiasm they bring.
Dayna believes in the golden rule when it comes to working with her clients. She brings honesty and empathy to every transaction. She’s a straight shooter and expects a level of trust to be built with every client on both sides. Dayna feels that her job is similar to conducting an orchestra. With the many parts all working on the same piece and a level of respect from each player, making the transaction harmonious,
Honesty and Integrity are the two qualities that Dayna hopes to convey to people more than any other. Working with her since her first year in the industry, I’ve seen that to be very true. I’ve seen her connect with her clients and serve them well in easy transactions and those that are more challenging and, always with professionalism and a heart for service.
